GPS can design and fabricate Hydrocarbon Dew Point Control Units using mechanical refrigeration, turbo-expander or Joule-Thomson expansion. We select the optimal process for each application based on the gas dew point specification and gas operating conditions.
We offer units for simultaneous control of hydrocarbon and water dew point using mechanical refrigeration or JT expansions. In these systems, hydrate formation is controlled by glycol injection (i.e. MEG or DEG), which is then regenerated and recycled to the system
